United States Police Declares Nigerian Dwarf Goat Missing In Wisconsin

This might sound funny in a way.. But, it’s not.. It’s real, and it’s no jokes! The Police in Winnebao Country, Wisconsin in the United States have declared a Nigerian dwarf goat missing.

They have launched a manhunt for the thieves who stole the goat.

Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office is now in search of the answer after the Nigerian Dwarf goat was stolen from the Town of Poygan, which has a very small population of just over a 1000 people, with 397 households, and 308 families, according to the census figures available.

Cinnamon’s owners say the goat was taken on May 25, and they are hoping for her safe return.

The Sheriff’s Office in a Facebook post says Cinnamon is under a vet’s care and needs medication.

The US Coast Guard is searching over the Bahamas in the Bermuda Triangle for a small overdue plane with four people including two children from New York aboard.

Pilot Nathan Ulrich, 52, of New Hampshire, and Jennifer Blumin, 40, of New York, who is the Founder and CEO of event management firm, Skylight Group, along with her sons, Phineas, four, and two-year-old Theodore, were identified as the people onboard.

The US Coast Guard says the twin-engine MU-2B turboprop, manufactured by Mitsubishi, was 37 miles east of the island of Eleuthera on Monday when air traffic control in Miami lost radar and radio contact with the plane around 2.10pm.

The airplane departed Borinquen, Puerto Rico, at approximately 11am Monday and never made it to its destination of Titusville, along the northeastern coast of Florida.

Nigerian Man Arrested In India With Indian Hemp. Police Are Unable To Unlock His Cell Phone

The mobile phone of a Nigerian ‘ganja’ or Indian hemp smuggler, has proven a hard nut for Indian police.
Indian police in the city of Visakhapatnam, desirous of knowing the Nigerian contacts announced last night their frustration in being unable to unlock his
The Nigerian, identified as Charles Chuks was arrested Saturday night by the City Task Force with 25kg of dry ganja.

Chuks, 40, who came to India about 18 months ago on a business visa, was living in Hyderabad.
He was the second Nigerian to be arrested for ganja smuggling in the city, The Hindu newspaper said.
Here is the account of The Hindu on the arrest:
Assistant Commissioner of Police (CTF) I. Chittibabu said that based on credible information about the illegal transportation of ganja they conducted a raid near the Government Eye Hospital and nabbed Chuks, when he was trying to smuggle 24 kg of dry ganja worth Rs. 96,000.

Investigation revealed that Chuks had visited Visakhapatnam and some other parts in Vizag Agency five times in the past few months and he had smuggled ganja to Hyderabad, Nagpur, Delhi and Chennai.
Chuks visited some remote areas in the Agency and established contacts with local ganja smugglers to procure the contraband from them, said Mr. Chittibabu. The seized hemp also was procured from the Agency area.

“We are yet to ascertain the profession of the foreigner in India and we failed to unlock the mobile phone of the foreigner. Though we have seized the passport of the Nigerian, we are yet to ascertain whether it is genuine or fake,” Mr. Chittibabu added.

The Nigerian has been handed over to Inspector of Dwaraka police station for further investigation.
Last year, another Nigerian, identified as Ikechukwu Augustine, 23, was arrested by the CTF team and about 50 kg of dry ganja was recovered from him.

Augustine also had come to India on a tourist visa and established contacts with the local ganja traders with the help of few persons in Visakhapatnam

Woman Spends N10m Transforming Herself To A Barbie Doll.. And She Gets The Perfect Looks (Photos)

Woman spends N10m transforming
Ophelia Vanity has totally succeeded in making herself look like a barbie doll.. She has been getting regular Boto and Lip fillers, and of course spends up to 3 hours a day to apply make-up.
Sun UK reports that she has spent more than £27,000 transforming herself into a human Barbie.

Now she wants rib removal surgery and breast implants to give her the plastic toy’s trademark hourglass figure. The 30-year-old from Los Angeles said:

“I’ve always been into Barbie. As a kid, I’d get a doll every Christmas or birthday. I had a dozen or so and would play with them all the time.

“I loved her aesthetic, and as I got older, I decided I wanted to emulate her. She’s such an iconic character.”
Woman spends N10m transforming
A far cry from her current appearance, Ophelia spent her teens dressing as a goth – wearing black clothing and heavy make-up.

“Even when I had black hair, people would say I looked doll-like,” said Ophelia, who funds her beauty habit with a string of odd jobs, including PA and modelling work.
“I think it’s my eyes, which are naturally large. But I wanted a change, so decided to go fully blonde. Now, I have my hair bleached every two months.”
Ophelia estimates she’s spent around £27,670 on her transformation – and she doesn’t plan to stop any time soon.

“I have a full list of surgeries I’d like done, although I don’t have anything lined up at the moment,” she said.
“I’d love breast and bum implants, but I need to save money and make sure I find the right doctor.
“I’d also love either four or six ribs removed, like Pixie Foxx, a model who had the surgery a little while ago.

“I wouldn’t go quite as extreme as her, but aesthetically, she’s an inspiration.”

Ophelia can spend up to three hours a day painstakingly applying makeup, using clever tricks to alter the shape of her face.

Though her eyes are naturally large, she wears contact lenses to enhance them, boosting the size of her iris from 13.5cm to 16.2cm.

“I don’t go full Barbie every day. If I’m just popping to the shops, I won’t wear any makeup,” Ophelia, who also wears a 22” waist corset to give her Barbie’s iconic hourglass figure, explained.
“But when I’m fully dressed up, which I do if I’m going to events or parties, I do get stopped and recognised on the streets of Hollywood.
“People are usually really positive, and want to talk to me or take pictures.
“If I’m fully dressing up, I’ll pick a Barbie-like outfit, too. Pink is my favourite colour. My whole wardrobe is basically pink dresses and heels.”

With the support of her friends and family, Ophelia, who is single, set up an Instagram account, showing off her look to the world – resulting in her building up 36,000 followers.

But while most love her look, she has sadly fallen victim to the odd cruel comment.

“There is a lot of cyberbullying out there,” she explained.
“I’ve been called ugly or had people say I’m delusional for wanting to look like Barbie.
“I’m not hurting anyone, though. I know I shouldn’t put too much into these people hiding behind a screen, but I’m still human so it does hurt.
“I always ignore them. I know they just want a rise. If they really hated me, they’d look away.”

Devil!! 300 Level Student Anally Rapes 10 Year Old Girl To Death (Photo)

A 300-level student of Kwame Nkruman University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana, has been arrested for sodomizing a 10-year-old-girl.

Apparently, Kwame after the evil act gave the 10-year-old a cocktail of painkillers which apparently, caused her kidneys to fail, which later led to her death.

Kwame was then later arrested on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, while relaxing in a sofa chair at his parent’s house at Anwomaso a suburb of the Kumasi Metropolis.

His arrest was spurred by the outcome of series of medical reports conducted on the 10 year old after complaining of having some complications on her anus and sent to the hospital for treatment.

Sources familiar with the incident say the young girl was being fostered by the family of the KNUST level 300 student, a situation the young man took undue advantage of, and sexually abused her.

The young man is reported to have given the 10 year old girl eight tablets of paracetamol to kill the pains anytime he has sexual intercourse with her through the anus. The young man is also reported to have warned the girl not to reveal his sexual encounters with her to anyone or else she will die.

Think Ghana reports that multiple lab tests conducted on the girl have revealed some damages on her anus, intestines and kidneys also badly affected.

As at the time of this report the young girl who was subjected to this unfortunate abuse by the level 300 student of KNUST who is now in the grips of the police had succumbed to her injuries and damage to her internal organs.

The police have intensified investigations into the matter and have arraigned the young before the court.

Our heart goes out to the family of this little girl who suffered such unimaginable abuse at the hands of a person who was suppose to protect her.

Kenyan Lady Claims Man Begged Her For Sex In Exchange For A Job, Leaks Chats

There are shameless men who believe that they must have sex with a lady before giving her a job. That’s why we have so many incompetent ladies in the job market because most of them slept their way up.

In Kenya, a lady has exposed a randy man who was begging her for sex in exchange for a job. When she denied him some “potpourri", the man who was exposed on a Facebook group told her that this is Kenya and she shouldn’t expect free things.

She must spread her legs to men for her to get a job. Here are the texts of the man begging for sex from the lady.

This scenario is not peculiar to Kenya as many Nigerian ladies have attestsed to it in the past...

Obama Tapped My Phone During Campaign – Trump

President Donald Trump on Saturday accused his predecessor Barack Obama of “tapping” his phone during last year’s White House campaign, without providing evidence of the explosive charge.

“I’d bet a good lawyer could make a great case out of the fact that President Obama was tapping my phones in October, just prior to Election!” Trump wrote on Twitter.

“How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!,” he wrote in another tweet.

I’ll Roll Out New Travel Ban Next Week, Says Trump

President Donald Trump says his administration will be rolling out a new set of immigration order on travels and refugees next week to replace the controversial one blocked by the courts.

Trump, who made the announcement during a televised press conference on Thursday, pledged to keep Americans safe in line with his campaign promise.

“Our administration is working day and night to keep Americans safe including you reporters,” he said.

“A new set of executive actions next week will comprehensively protect our country. We’re going to put in place a new set of travel ban.

“The (blocked) roll out was perfect because if we had announced that (ban), a lot of bad people would not have come into our country.

“The new executive order will be based on the decision of the courts.

“But now there is serious vetting,” he said, adding that he was willing to deal with dreamers” who were brought into the US illegally as children, “with heart” as a father who has kids and grand children.

Trump said he had ordered a crackdown on sanctuary cities that violated the federal laws by providing safe haven for illegal immigrants.

“I’m following through on what I pledged,” he said, pointing out that the travel ban was only holding true to his campaign promises rather than deceive his supporters by reneging.

Trump also claimed that his administration inherited a mess in the US and overseas when he took over.

“I inherited a mess in United States and overseas,” Trump said.

“This administration is running like a fine-tune machine in spite that I can’t get my cabinet approved. Our cabinet will be one of the greatest in American history.

“We will renegotiate fair trade deal, we’ve been treated unfairly. Other countries have been taking advantage of us for decades. We cannot continue to let that happen.

“There has never been a presidency that has done so much in a very short period of time.”

The president emphasised that he would “repeal and replace Obamacare by March”, insisting that the healthcare plan was a disaster.

He maintained that the Russia scandal was a ruse that was meant to cover up for the loss of Democrats and Hillary Clinton, but emphasised that it was better for the US to get along well with Russia.

Trump, however, described the leak as illegal, and vowed that the leakers of classified information, whom he claimed to be the Obama’s hangovers, would be caught and made to face the law.

“It will be great to get along with Russia. I want to do the right thing for the American people and for the world,” he said.

“We are a very powerful country and so they (Russia) are. They are nuclear powerful but it will be in our country’s interest.

“I don’t think Putin is testing me. But whether we are going to get along, I don’t know because I’m not going to tell you. I don’t have to tell you what my response to Russia is.

“Russia is a ruse. I’ve never done anything for Russia. I don’t have any connection with Russia.

“Putin called me on the election victory and also on the inauguration and it was a fantastic conversation, especially the second one just like almost all leaders all over the world called me.’’

Trump assured Americans that Melania, his wife “is going to be a fantastic First Lady; she’s going to be a fabulous representative of the women’’.

Breaking!!! Trump Fires Sally Yates After She Declines To Defend Travel Ban

Trump fires acting AG after she declines to defend travel ban

By Evan Perez and Jeremy Diamond, CNN

January 31, 2017

Story highlights
Yates is an Obama appointee
She is serving until Trump nominee Sessions is confirmed.

Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump fired acting Attorney General Sally Yates Monday night for "refusing to enforce a legal order designed to protect the citizens of the United States," the White House said.

"(Yates) has betrayed the Department of Justice," the White House statement said.
Dana Boente, US attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, the White House said, and was sworn in at 9 p.m. ET, per an administration official.
Trump didn't call Yates to dismiss her, she was informed by hand-delivered letter, according to a different administration official.
The dramatic move came soon after CNN reported Yates told Justice Department lawyers not to make legal arguments defending Trump's executive order on immigration and refugees.

The move set up a clash between the White House and Yates, who was appointed by President Barack Obama and was set to serve until Sen. Jeff Sessions, Trump's nominee for attorney general, is confirmed.
"My responsibility is to ensure that the position of the Department of Justice is not only legally defensible, but is informed by our best view of what the law is after consideration of all the facts," she said in a letter. "In addition, I am responsible for ensuring that the positions we take in court remain consistent with this institution's solemn obligation to always seek justice and stand for what is right."
Trump's executive order, signed Friday, bars citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the United States for the next 90 days, suspends the admission of all refugees for 120 days and indefinitely suspends the Syrian refugee program. Yates' decision came amid a flood of protests against the executive order nationwide and after four federal judges ruled against Trump's order, staying its impact on people who were detained at US airports over the weekend.

Trump tweeted his response shortly after the news broke, saying Democrats have stymied Sessions' confirmation, enabling Yates.

"The Democrats are delaying my cabinet picks for purely political reasons. They have nothing going but to obstruct. Now have an Obama A.G.," he said.

"At present, I am not convinced that the defense of the executive order is consistent with these responsibilities nor am I convinced that the executive order is lawful," Yates wrote.
Yates' decision was always likely to be extremely short-lived as Sessions is scheduled for a vote in the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday.
White House policy director Stephen Miller, who helped craft the executive order, called Yates' decision "a further demonstration of how politicized our legal system has become."
The US ban: Why these 7?
"It's sad that our politics have become so politicized, that you have people refusing to enforce our laws," Miller said Monday night on MSNBC.
Miller also defended the executive order's legality, insisting that the Immigration and Nationality Act gives the President "the ability to exclude any class of would-be visitors or immigrants to our country based on our national security interests."

But the decision didn't face the same criticism from Rep. Pete Sessions, a top House Republican, who said Yates' decision was likely similar "to an evaluation that we made."
"And that was it did not appear to be specific in nature," Sessions said referring to the executive order. "So it may be a matter of clarity it may be a matter of illegality to him, it may be a matter of several things. It did not look as complete and succinct as what I think I would've wanted."
Rep. Elijah Cummings, the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, praised Yates for standing up "on principle."
"In all my years as a member of Congress, which now is 21, I've met so many very principled people who truly believe in the Constitution and doing what is right," Approaching said. "There comes a time when people, no matter who may be their boss, they stand upon their principles, so at the end of the day they can look them selves in the mirror and say 'I synchronized my conduct with my conscience.' And Yates is such a person."
Currently, there are cases filed in at least five states including Virginia, New York, Massachusetts, Washington and California that are challenging Trump's order.
The decision effectively grounds the executive order for the next few days until Sessions is sworn in.

"This will be moot. Then we will very much see the Trump Justice Department led by Jeff Sessions defend this executive order pretty vigorously. And then it will be up to the courts," said Steve Vladeck, a CNN contributor and law professor at the University of Texas School of Law.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer told CNN's Erin Burnett Monday the Justice Department decision reflects poorly on the Trump administration.
"When you do something as important as this, it can't be a Twitter-type of activity," Schumer said. "This has to be thoroughly vetted ... and it's a very bad omen for this presidency."
Activists who have led the fight against Trump's immigration ban lauded Yates' action Monday night.
"We took to the court room, people took to the streets and now principled federal officials are drawing a hardline on this shameful and unconstitutional act by President Trump. This is what we rely on the Department of Justice for, to uphold the rule of law no matter how the political wind is blowing," said Karen Tumlin, the National Immigration Law Center's legal director.
Lee Gelernt, the American Civil Liberties Union lawyer who argued against the immigration ban in court in New York, praised Yates' decision and called on the next attorney general to "continue with that policy."
"This ban will do irreparable damage to real people and to American values," he said.
CNN's Kevin Liptak and Theodore Schleifer contributed to this report.

Shooting At Quebec City Mosque In Canada Leaves 6 Killed, 8 Injured

Multiple people reported killed and injured by gunmen at Quebec City mosque
By Derek Hawkins and Alan Freeman
January 30 at 12:03 AM

Multiple people were killed and others injured Sunday after gunmen opened fire on worshipers at a Quebec City mosque as evening prayers were ending in what Quebec’s premier described as an act of terrorism.

The mosque’s president told Reuters that five people were killed. Police said via Twitter that there were “deaths and injuries” but did not specify a number. A police spokesperson said that two suspects had been arrested.

“The situation is under control, the premises are secure and the occupants were evacuated,” police said in a tweet. “The investigation is ongoing.”

Witnesses said that two gunmen, some reports said three, opened fired at the Quebec Islamic Cultural Center. Local media reported that between 60 and 100 people were inside.

“Why is this happening here? This is barbaric,” the mosque’s president, Mohamed Yangui, told Reuters.

Speaking on RDI, Quebec City police spokesman Etienne Doyon said that the shootings took place as prayers were ending Sunday evening.

Witnesses reported that at least two hooded shooters entered the mosque and opened fire on congregants who had remained there after the end of prayers. Other said the shooters were wearing ski masks.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called the attack “cowardly” and said Canadians grieved for the victims.

Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard condemned the attacks in a tweet and called for solidarity with Muslims in Quebec. “Quebec categorically rejects this barbaric violence,” he said. Later he Tweeted that it was an act of terrorism.

The Quebec Islamic Cultural Center is located near Laval University, which has a large community of international students, many from French-speaking Africa and the Maghreb.

The mosque, one of several in the area, was the target of a hate crime last June when a pig’s head was left at the front door with the message “Bonne appétit,” as The Washington Post reported at the time. The consumption of pork is banned by Islam. Concerned about that kind of incident, the mosque installed several closed-circuit cameras around the building.

The shooting is a particular shock for Quebec City, a quiet white-collar city with a low crime rate. In 2015, the city reported two murders. The metropolitan area has 800,000 people.

According to La Presse, the province’s leading newspaper, police were also treating the attack as a terrorist incident and had activated a joint task force involving municipal police, Quebec’s provincial police and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Samer Majzoub, the president of the Canadian Muslim Forum, a Muslim advocacy group in Quebec, said he knows people who attend the Quebec City mosque, but that he and other area Muslim leaders were still trying frantically to find out who had been shot.

“People that we know, we are not sure if they’re alive right now. They’re saying about five confirmed, a dozen injured. And the police are cordoning all the area,” he told The Post. “It is shocking. It never came to our mind that we’d have a terrorist act as such, especially in Canada.”

Majzoub said Canada has seen increasing anti-Muslim hostility over the past year, but still nowhere near the level witnessed in the United States and Europe. But he said the area where the mosque has appeared to be particularly prone to anti-Muslim sentiments. “This masjid has witnessed a lot of issues before — threats and vandalism, and some Islamophobic graffiti,” he said, using the Arabic word for mosque. “It’s not the first time.”

Majzoub said the mosque has a small congregation of about a hundred people and attracts a lot of students because it’s near a university. He said many of its attendees are of North African descent.

“We never thought it could happen,” he said. “It was a slaughter.”

This is a breaking story and will be updated.
