 The Governor of Anambra state, Willie Obiano has been spotted rocking a police bullet-proof vest, helmet and a service boot as he posed at the State House in Awka, the state capital.

The governor rocked the outfit as he plans to meet with security agencies in the state to ensure a crime-free Christmas for many people in the state.
